Who we are

Inversol Georgia (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides smart energy solutions in Georgia. This policy explains how we process personal data when you browse our website and contact us.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the website and respond to enquiries:

  • Technical data (via your browser): pages viewed, referrers, device/OS, approximate location (based on IP), and similar diagnostics. IP addresses are anonymised in Google Analytics (GA4) using anonymize_ip.
  • Contact data that you send us (e.g., email address, name, phone) if you contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp.

Cookies & Consent

We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, all non-essential storage is denied. If you click “Accept”, analytics cookies may be set. You can change your choice at any time:

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) with IP anonymisation. Data may be processed on servers outside your country. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. You can opt out by declining cookies in our banner or via your browser settings.

Sharing

We only share data with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to you, such as:

  • Google LLC (Analytics)
  • Our hosting and email providers
  • Messaging platforms you choose to use (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook), which have their own policies

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary. GA4 user data is retained according to settings in our GA account (typically 2–14 months).
