Inversol is expanding in Georgia's renewable energy market — solar inverters, LiFePO4 batteries, BESS, and EV chargers. We are hiring a Junior Marketer / SMM specialist to strengthen our digital presence. Senior experience is not required: we will teach you the products, messaging, and tools on real projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Photo and video shoots at solar, BESS, and EV charger installations across Georgia;
- Creating posts and visual assets for Facebook, Instagram, and the company blog (Canva);
- Managing and moderating the Inversol Discourse community forum;
- Supporting website and social content about renewable energy in Georgia;
- Helping prepare case studies and project showcases with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Junior / entry-level — portfolio and motivation matter more than years of experience;
- Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude;
- Basic photo and video skills (smartphone + simple editing is fine to start);
- Canva or similar design tools at a basic level;
- Fluent written Georgian; English or Russian is a plus;
- Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for drafts and ideas;
- Based in Tbilisi and available for regular site visits.
