EcoBSS register: Parallel_Version_Fault. In the field this usually means the master/slave parallel link broke — one inverter went offline or lost communication (firmware versions on the cluster must also match).

Field checks
- Confirm both (all) units in the parallel pair/cluster are powered and online — master and slave.
- Check parallel communication cable, connectors, and addresses; a lost link looks like one unit “left” the parallel mode.
