The SG05LP1-EU-SM2-P platform is Deye’s next single-phase LV hybrid for Georgian homes that need more headroom than the compact SG03 series. Focus SKUs SUN-5K, SUN-6K and SUN-8K cover typical apartment and villa loads, while the same hardware family extends from 3.6 kW to 10 kW when a project needs it.

AC couple retrofit lets you keep an existing on-grid string under hybrid supervision. Six programmable battery windows and diesel GEN energy storage support help during multi-hour outages. Up to 16 inverters can run in parallel for larger single-phase estates or phased expansion.

Battery side stays 40–60 V with CAN BMS—pair HECKMAN RLFP/WLFP/MLFP or ECOBSS STORE modules within Deye’s approved list. Charge/discharge current scales with model: 120 A (5K), 135 A (6K), 190 A (8K), up to 210 A on the 10K.

Which battery voltage does SG05LP1 use?

Low-voltage 40–60 V (typically 51.2 V LiFePO₄). Pair with HECKMAN or ECOBSS modules on the Deye-approved BMS list. Charge/discharge current scales by model—up to 190 A on SUN-8K and 210 A on SUN-10K.

Can I parallel multiple SUN-5/6/8K units?

Yes. SG05LP1-EU-SM2-P supports up to 16 pcs in parallel for on-grid and off-grid operation, with multiple batteries in parallel.

Does it work as UPS without solar panels?

Yes. Grid (or diesel GEN) can charge the battery and the inverter supplies backup loads with millisecond transfer—ideal for apartment UPS setups without PV.

How does it differ from SUN-3.6/5/6K-SG03LP1?
